Shoal Creek, the club, forms the heart of this community. Membership is by invitation. Along with the Jack Nicklaus-designed championship golf course, and a nine-hole par-three course (the "Little Links"), the club offers swimming, tennis and club dining.

An around-the-clock permanent security force offers residents a high level of security and protection.

Numerous small lakes populate the grounds. In addition to the sheer visual enjoyment they offer, their clean, well-stocked waters are available to residents, club members and their guests for fishing and boating (no motors please).

The Inanda Stables, a thirty-one stall, full-service equestrian facility, anchors the southern end of Shoal Creek. It offers both outdoor and indoor riding rings and full-time live-on-site management.

Thompson Realty employs a Resident Services staff that is convenient and available for lawn-care maintenance. In addition, one day-per-week garbage service is performed as a part of the Shoal Creek Association fee.

Hundreds of acres of natural, undeveloped woodland throughout Shoal Creek, afford a front-row seat to enjoy the native deer, turkey and other wildlife, and invite those outdoors-types among us (and those who long to be), with plenty of places to walk, jog, hike and bike.

Though Shoal Creek feels like a world away, it's really not. A short seven-minute commute over scenic Hugh Daniel Drive, to Highway 280 and beyond, puts one within convenient reach of virtually any shopping or dining need.
